History
HTML
My webdesign interest started back when I was 11 and I played on child sites like Neopets. After a while, I found a need to figure out HTML for use in coding pages for these games. Unsure of where to start, I began by reading the source code of a simple webpage. I made sence of that simple page by reading, looking back and forth, testing the code on my desktop, and experimenting. Soon the simple webpage was a piece of cake. I soon moved onto more complicated pages, and within 6 months, I had taught myself HTML.

Photoshop
After years of working with HTML and making some very unprofessional websites, I decided it was time to take it to the next level and learn to make some professional graphics. I got a copy of photoshop and soon started to experiment and read tutorials, and experiment some more. To this day, I have kept practicing and experimenting almost everyday. I try and make at least one peice per day, or work on a bigger project once a day.

Javascript
After I had started to develop some more graphically pleasing websites, I decided to add in another aspect to my webdesign to make it more interesting and userfriendly. I started by studying codes made for modifying message boards. Although I haven't mastered javascript, I have a large enoguh grasp on it to make use of it in designnig webpages.

Turing
During grade 10 computer science, I learned a language called Turing. Although I doubt I'll make much use out of it in my life, it did give me the skills I needed to move onto harder computer programming languages. My largest accomplishment in Turing was a 1600 line code by myself and a classmate for our summative project. It was a simple games arcade that included Pong, An RPG Engine, Etch-a-Sketch, and a Spoof of A online flash game.

Java
In grade 11 computer science, I learned some basic Java. Unfortuneately, we didn't go as far into depth as I would have liked, but we got the basics. I hope that later in life I can continue to learn Java, and learn it to a much greater extent.
